The homes we are offering in our first phase are two bedroom, two bath villas designed to function as vacation rental homes. Each house is owned by an individual, but the units are cooperatively maintained and rented by Eagle Properties. Owners will be able to block the time periods they wish to use personally. Each home consists of approximately 128 sq. meters (1377 sq. ft.).

Phase II: Beachfront Properties
Phase II lots are parcels; As depicted on the plot below the lots run from the hillside to the beach. Each parcel includes two home sites, one beach front plus another hill side. There is also a designated site for a third building such as a garage, boat storage, studio or similar use.
