At present, we have three houses and six hotel rooms available for rent.  Accommadations include 24 hour electricity, air conditioning, and hot water (excluding 3 of our hotel rooms).  Houses have 2 bedrooms (1 king/2 twins) and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens and complete living and dining rooms.  Hotel rooms are available with a king, queen, double, 2 twins, 2 twins and a double or 4 bunks all with private bathrooms. Alternate bed arrangements may be available upon request depending on the number of persons in your party.

Weekly rentals anticipate a Saturday afternoon check-in and a Saturday morning check-out.  Overnight stays in Panama City can be arranged if necessary due to flight arrival times.

RENTAL RATES:

Season 1 – December 15 thru April 15:


Homes: $1,750/week (optional 275/night, min. 4 nights)

Rooms: $425/week (optional 75/night)

 

Season 2 - April 16 thru August 30:


Homes: $1,500/week (optional 225/night, min. 3 nights)

Rooms: $325/week (optional 60/night)

 

Season 3 – September 1 thru December 14:


Homes: $1,200/week (optional 200/night, min. 3 nights)

Rooms: $250/week (optional 50/night)

Vacation villas and Inn roooms will include daily maid service with laundry available at an additional cost. Our beach side Cafe & Bar serves 3 meals a day for $30 per person including coffee, juice, tea, or water. Our fully stocked bar is open daily from 2:00pm to 11:00pm.  Additional snacks, beverages, and essentials are available at the resort store. Grocery orders may be made with your reservations and delivered to your villa upon arrival.

Rental Cars are available at the International Airport and in the nearby city of Chitre. We will gladly assist you with these reservations.
