Los Buzos Beach Resort & Properties
Los Buzos is a new, family-oriented beachfront resort located on the pristine Pacific Coast of Panama. A highly-controlled, private development with quality construction. To best serve a wide range of client needs we have segregated our product into two phases:
Phase 1: Homes:

The homes we are offering in our first phase are two bedroom, two bath villas designed to function as vacation rental homes. Each house is owned by an individual, but the units are cooperatively maintained and when applicable rented by Eagle Properties. Owners will be able to block the time periods they wish to use personally. Each home consists of approximately 128 sq. meters (1377 sq. ft.). Only two homes remain for sale from the original 11 in our offering.
Phase 2: Beachfront Properties

In our recent changes to better accomodate a wide range of clientel we are re-arranging phase II to make a completly new product. Now available in Pre-Sale are 4 beachfront properties, all with permission to build.
In the event purchasers elect to construct a residence on their parcel there are no requirements to participate in our rental and management programs. However all of the same services offered in phase 1 will be offered on an individual basis and participation is encouraged.

Our first phase is the highly anticipated public release of prepackaged rental homes in Los Buzos.
Phase I Sales Prices:
Casas 1 and 7 ------- $275,000
Phase I Terms & Conditions:
1) 60% Lot draw and construction deposit due with execution of promise to purchase agreement, 20% progress payment due at dry-in, and 20% final payment due upon completion.
2) All phase I homes are required to be included in the rental pool. However owners may block out weeks for personal use as needed.

Phase II: Beachfront Lots

We have now released our latest product in the Los Buzos area! Only four beachfront properties are now in Pre-Sale. This phase will include 7 all beachfront properties, with the option to build upon them. The purchaser may hold their parcels or develop them with up to two homes.
Given the small number of parcells available it will be on a first-come, first-served basis as is our first phase. The determining factor for awarding requests will be the time and date that the at-risk funds are deposited in our account.
Phase II Sales Price:
Now available at Pre-Sale prices are 4 lots, each at only $175,000!!!
Once the first 4 are sold the other 3 lots will be at varying prices
up to $275,000. They will all be sold on a first come first serve basis.
